No one is more qualified to use your services than past clients who already have experienced your professionalism. Read on to learn how much my first agent could have made off of me in just a few years!

No one is more qualified to use your services than past clients who already have experienced your professionalism. Surprisingly, not many agents continue to keep in touch with past clients over the years.

I've worked with several Realtors over the past few years and guess what? I've never used the same one twice!

Why? Simple, the good experience I had with those agents was easily forgotten over the years in between and no one bothered to keep in touch with me. If the first agent I bought my first home from had kept in touch, she would have spent about $12 per year to keep in touch by sending me a postcard or direct mail letter each month. Heck, she could have really splurged and sent a gift card around the holidays or on my birthday.

So, over a six-year time frame she would have spent $72.

Now, let's look at the other side of the coin - revenue. I sold my first home for less than $100,000 so for that she would have earned about $1,500 depending on her agency. The next house I bought for about $150,000. That's about $2,250 on that one. My next home was for a few more bucks at $320,00 which is about $4,800 and I sold it 18 months later for $340,000 so there's $5,100.

Let's do the math:

$1,500
$2,250
$4,800
$5,100
Total = $13,650

So for an investment $72 she could have built a relationship worth $13,650.

Wait, STOP. Reread that line above. $72 could gain you $13,650 in net earnings.

Better go dig out that list right now…
