In order to qualify for this rate, we sort your mail in the correct sequence for each route and deliver to the post office in stacks in that order. Since this simplifies the manual labor of sorting at the post office a significant amount of money can be saved.
Be sure if you plan to target a specific geography that you consider saturation mailing. It is not generally effective to sell more specific products or services unless there is a common product that applies to residents in an area. For example, you could use saturation to target boat buyers and saturate the carrier routes that service lakeview and lakefront areas.
